The Denver arthritis clinic is actively enrolling patients to study various agents in different rheumatologic situations. Dr. C. Ryan Antolini is the director of the trial unit and also works closely with the study team.
Dexa
During the Dexa test, you should wear fitting comfortable clothing without Zippers, Buckles or metal buttons. Eat normally on the day of the test but do not take any supplements for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You should not have a barium study, radioisotope injection, oral or intravenous contrast from a CT scan or MRI within the seven days prior to your Dexa examination.
